A meditative, gentle walk through nature in Holmfirth. Through the practice of deep listening, you'll attune your ears to the rich tapestry of sounds around you, both audible and hidden. This immersive journey will transform the way you listen, inviting you to slow down and connect deeply with nature's unseen symphony.
A gentle to moderate two hour walk with steps, tree roots, stiles and gradients. Boots are recommended.
