About the event

Tom Holman-Sheard is creating this exciting new piece by recording ambient sounds from around the Holme valley and combining it with interviews with residents. This will then be interwoven with ambient textures and melodies produced through electronic means, plus film footage of a journey from Holme Moss through the valley.

Adapted from the JG Ballard story of the same name, Louie deconstructs the narrative, reforming it through an exploration of sound, words and Jade's surrealist moving visual imagery to build atmosphere and create a vivid experience that challenges our ideas of separation from nature.
